Would I be a good fit?

Once upon a time, an ambitious entrepreneur was so enamored with a fair and lovely creative marketing agency!

Oh the promises they made, their Digital Marketer certifications that they had paid for, their website’s coolness, etc.)—so she signed up and threw lots of cash to them so they could lead her through this blissful land of more leads and sales.

Nine months and $45,000 later, she took a step back and exalted in her… [brace yourself]…

One.

Single.

Lead.

One single lead. That’s right.

Was that lead worth $45,000?

If they turned client and invested $45,001 into services, maybe… but

No.

They didn’t buy.

So the math = $45,000 for one non-converting lead.

This is what I want to avoid.

Tons of dreamers have a vision for what they want and if their vision and the skills and gifts that I’ve discovered over the years cannot bring them any closer to their vision, then it’s a no-go.

I’m going to take a stab at this and guess that that agency did not refund her savings.  She’s out $45,000.

Who knows what the issues were. It could have been a ton of things (bad message, bad marketing, bad service/product, bad systems, etc),

but that partnership should never have happened
